About AR' Lab

Welcome to AR' Lab! 

Your probably thinking, what is AR' Lab, as you have found us through Niba. 

AR' Lab Ltd is our overall company name, Niba is the brand that started the company. I'm Ashleigh, the Founder and cosmetic formulator here at AR' Lab. As Niba grew, my passion for formulating products grew. We had numerous brands in the industry reach out to us and ask if we would help them in creating products for their own range, from that came AR' Lab! 

We are based in the heart of West Yorkshire (Leeds), you may of picked up on the slight Yorkshire pun in our name too! 

I started my formulation journey after gaining some allergies from a cosmetic on the market. I began researching skincare and really enjoyed learning about it all. I enrolled on a skincare business diploma, and from there I haven't looked back, I completed that with a distinction grade and I was well and truly hooked. I completed a diploma in skincare formulation with another distinction and I am currently studying an advanced diploma in cosmetic science.

I'm obsessed with formulating skin care, and love helping brands create new products! 

What makes us different? Our service is a much more personal service than that you would get with other labs. Not only am I a trained cosmetic formulator, I have experience as a beauty professional, retailing products in salons and I understand it from multiple viewpoints, as a small business owner (Niba.)  a manufacturer and a beauty professional.
