Shipping policy
All orders (Excluding personalised items) are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During November and December, our busiest times, orders will be processed within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Any difference to these processing times, will be communicated on the banner of the website. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our personalised service "NIBA X" are processed within 1-14 working days after your design approval. If you order non NIBA X items in the same order, everything will be sent together once the NIBA X part of your order is ready. If you want to receive the non custom items quickly, please order these separately, with there own shipping charge.
Please note there may be periods of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Express or Standard delivery period applies to Royal Mail, not Niba, any delays with Royal Mail are out of our control and we are not responsible for this.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping rates are available for orders over £75 (UK)
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping estimated times are 1-14 days, unless you pick a shipping option that has a longer estimated shipping time. Shipping times may be longer depending on origin of destination.
Any delays due to the shipping carrier are out of our control, we will work with you to get this fixed as soon as possible. If the item is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will send out another parcel or refund your order. Whilst the package is still in transit we can not take action. We will work with yourself and the shipping provider to fix any issues as soon as possible.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NIBA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nibauk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours of receipt at hello@nibauk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
