NIBA X is our white label service. Have you always wanted to have your own branded products? Not sure how to manufacture safe products that are legally compliant? That is where NIBA X comes in! 

Join the collaboration program between your brand and NIBA. We take all the hard work out of the process and provide you with fantastic quality, safe and legal products, that have YOUR brand name on the labels! We provide private label products in low minimum order quantities.

How to shop NIBA X

  • You can now shop NIBA X direct through our website, no trade account needed. 
  • We recommend you try out any scents/ products before committing to your NIBA X Order. You can shop our products singularly via our standard shop menu, under our NIBA branding. 
  • Head to the banner > Create your own brand> Shop NIBA X > Browse the NIBA X Products > add products to basket > Checkout
  • Within 72 hours of ordering, you will receive an email from us with a link to your design templates, you can fully customise your labels to your liking, this is done online via Canva, which is a free online design tool. The template includes full instructions and we are on hand to help, should you need any help designing your labels.

  • Once you have let us know your labels are complete, we will send out a design proof via email, for you to approve, once approved we will start the production process. From label approval to product dispatch, the current lead time is 1-4 weeks, but this is subject to change. We endeavour to complete all NIBA X orders within 14 working days from the label approval. 

Where can you sell our products?

All of our products are safety tested complying with EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009.

If you are selling solely in England, Scotland and Wales, you can purchase our products as they are with no further action needed.

If you are based in the EU (including Ireland & Northern Ireland) or wanting to sell to the EU (Including Ireland & Northern Ireland) , you need to purchase the RP fee, (an RP is a responsible person- a company that are based in the EU) we can provide this service for you, for the first year it is £200 and £150 for each additional year. These are one off annual fees, which can be purchased on our website, for your first years RP service please shop here and for years 2 onwards please purchase here. Without the RP service you can not legally sell in the EU.

The Story Behind NIBA X

After seeing an influx of homemade beauty products hit the beauty industry that may not be legally compliant or safety tested, we wanted to ensure there was always safe options for you. That is when NIBA X was born, the first of its kind in the beauty industry. Our founder Ashleigh is a trained cosmetic formulator and has a huge passion for safety in the industry, she has made it her mission to ensure safe, legal products are available, to all size businesses not just the large corporations. Whether you are a start up brand or individual nail technician/beauty professional, you can access your own branded products via NIBA X!
