With NIBA X, we've created a simple, stress free private label service that allows you to offer your own branded products while we take care of everything behind the scenes. From manufacturing and filling, to compliance and labelling, we've got it covered.

Perfect for beauty businesses, salons, training academies, subscription boxes, retailers and anyone looking to grow their own brand.

How it works

1. Choose your quantity

Select the quantity you'd like and add it to your basket.

2. Choose your scent(s)

At checkout, use the order notes box to tell us which scent(s) you'd like from the list below.

If you've selected:

• 1 scent, please provide 1 fragrance.

• 4 scents, please provide 4 fragrances.

• And so on.

Providing your scent choices at checkout helps avoid any delays with your order.

3. Complete your order

Once your order has been placed, we'll begin the design process.

4. Design your labels

Within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), we'll email you a link to your Canva label template using the email address attached to your order.

Canva is free to use on both desktop and mobile, although we recommend using a computer for the easiest editing experience.

Need a helping hand? We're happy to assist with your label design and offer guidance, although we can't create logos or branding from scratch.

5. We do the rest

Once you've approved your design, we'll print, manufacture, label and carefully package your order before sending it directly to your door.

Turnaround Time

NIBA X orders typically take between 1 and 4 weeks to complete.

Our current average turnaround is 14 days from label approval to delivery, although this can vary during busy periods.

Recommended Retail Price

You're free to set your own retail price, but we recommend an RRP of £4.00 to £5.50 per pen.

Prices start from just £2.00 per pen, giving you excellent profit potential.

Important Information

Please include your chosen scent(s) in the order notes at checkout to avoid delays.

We aim to dispatch all NIBA X orders within 14 days of label approval, although this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. We'll always keep you updated on the progress of your order.

To maintain the quality of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat and sunlight can reduce the lifespan of natural ingredients and fragrance oils.
