NIBA X Annual RP Service Admin Fee- 2nd year onwards

If you are selling solely to the UK, you do not need to purchase this service alongside your products.

This is only needed if you are selling to the EU (including Ireland & Northern Ireland).

EU/ Northern Ireland CUSTOMERS: 

Due to cosmetic law there is additional paperwork we must file if we white label (NIBA X) products in the EU (including Northern Ireland) For each product and scent you purchase there is an annual fee that must be paid, use this listing for your 2ND YEAR RENUAL & SUBSEQUENTIAL YEARS. If it is your 1st year please use this listing here.

For each product/variant you will need to pay the RP Service fee. Once paid this allows you to sell within the EU for 1 year, you will need to renew your fee every year, to stay legally compliant. We will send you a reminder email before your RP service needs renewing.

For example:

If you are buying 5 new products that you haven't bought before via NIBA X, you will need to pay 5 admin fees. 

If you are buying NIBA X products that you have bought before and have previously paid for the RP Service fee (that haven't expired) then you do not need to purchase the admin fee.

If you are buying both NIBA X products that you have bought before and have previously paid for the RP Service fee (that haven't expired)and some you haven't purchased the RP Service fee for, you will need to purchase the RP Service fees for the new items only.
