That's where we come in! We created a 1st of its kind service... NIBA X!
We deal with all the legal paperwork, you get a hassle free, easy process of your own branded products.
How it works:
- Choose the quantity and scent of your cuticle oil
- Add to basket.
- At checkout there is a notes box, please let us know if you would like your pen containers: Clear, Pink or Black. If no note is left the default will be sent out, which is clear.
- Complete checkout.
- You will receive an email in regards to your label design to the email account attached to your order (please make sure its correct before checkout) this will be within 72 hours of your order.
- Once your designs are finalised, sit back, put your feet up and wait for your box of bespoke goodies to arrive at your door. NIBA X can take 1-4 weeks to complete (Average time from label design approval to delivery is currently 14 working days) this can differ during busy periods, if you have a deadline, please email us at hello@nibauk.com before purchasing to confirm the current turnaround times.
25 pens work out at £3.00 per pen.
50 pens work out at £2.80 per pen.
75 pens work out at £2.60 per pen.
RRP is totally up to you but we recommend anywhere from £6.50-£8.50 per pen.
Please note, we aim to turn around all NIBA X orders within 14 days (after design confirmation) but during busy times this may take longer. We will always keep you up to date.

Please keep all our products in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can quickly degrade natural ingredients and Essential/fragrance oils.
EU/ Ireland/ Northern Ireland CUSTOMERS:
Ireland and Northern Ireland are under EU regulations when it comes to cosmetics. You would act as the RP in the EU and we would act as your RP for the UK, which would cover you to sell to all EU countries under EU regulations and England, Scotland & Wales.
An RP is a “responsible person” who is someone that holds legal documentation for the products on site, at all times. To comply with this, once you have ordered, we will supply you with the following:
- An NDA, to ensure our paperwork is kept safe and secure and not shared with any 3rd party.
- GMP paperwork- you only need to complete sections 6-8 of the GMP document as sections 1-5 is relating to the manufacture of the product and that lies with us.
- Your label design- we will provide a template via canva, which holds all the information on already, you just need to apply your design/logo and change the colours and text font if you wish to do so.
Once we have these back, we then send you your PIF for the products and then you need to do the following:
- Save the Product Information files. These need to be kept on site at all times, when you order further products from us, we will send you updated batch sheets for you to add to this.
- Sign up to the EU CPNP which can be found here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cpnp/ this website explains how to sign up. You will then need to notify the products on your account (1 notification per product scent) as you are the EU RP it is your responsibility to do this and is a legal requirement for you to sell in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the EU countries covered by the EU cosmetic laws. Once you have notified a specific product, you won’t need to do it again. E.g you order cuticle oil in 3 scents, you will need to create 3 listings, one for each scent. You can then repurchase those 3 scents from us again and again. Anytime you order a new scent or product that you haven’t notified on the portal, you will need to notify it.
