Instructions on refilling for your customers: You can retail the refillable pen and a refill bottle to your customers for them to refill themselves at home. Or you can offer refills to your clients, if you offer refills the pens and the refill bottle must be the same batch code, to ensure this please purchase the PRO bundles which include a refill bottle. Please note you are responsible for ensuring you are providing the minimum fill each time you sell a refill. We would recommend you reading through a document from CTPA which can be found here, this explains refills. The chambers can fit 7ml in them (under the thread lines) we provide 6.5ml as standard. You can choose your refill size and costing, as long as you are ensuring you complete the minimum fill each time. As per this document, please do not clean the refill chamber with water prior to refilling, our cuticle oil is Anhydrous (does not contain water) and does not need a preservative within the formula because of this. Should you introduce even the smallest amount of water to the oil, you are increasing the risk of introducing microbial growth. We recommend refilling with a refill oil with the same batch code, if this isn't possible, you can clean out the chamber with Isopropyl Alcohol, and leave to fully dry before refilling. If using an instrument to push down the plunger before refilling, please ensure this item is fully sanitised before using. Only refill pens with the same scent of oil that is shown on the label, if your client wants a new scent, they have to buy a new pen in that scent from you, so the label always matches the product inside. You are NOT permitted to tamper with the product in any way and must follow all guidance given from Niba when refilling Niba Cuticle Oil.
